I bring a wealth of experience from over 30 years in business and healthcare into my practice as a Coach, Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Counselling Supervisor. I have worked in business, education and industry since 1988 and in the fields of mental health, psychology, the NHS, charity and private practice sectors since 2011.

• Working with EAP organisations treating mental health crisis and trauma recovery including the criminal justice sector counselling prison officers and probation officers and with emergency services support working with ambulance and paramedic teams (15 years)

Healthcare: Site audits and managing nursing registrations for a Care Home Group; Finance and business planning for a nursing training college.

Supervisor: I am a qualified and experienced Clinical Counselling Supervisor, supervising the work of individual counsellors and psychotherapists with their counselling clients (six years). I also supervise groups of psychologists and senior social workers working in social care settings who support people participating in trauma-informed accommodation and behaviour change interventions, and undertaking research to help vulnerable people with complex needs to change their future.

My business background proves helpful when working with clients working in corporate sectors across a range of industries and in a wide variety of professional roles. I have supported staff in organisations including HMP Prison Service; Emergency Medical Services including paramedics, nurses, doctors and Care Home managers; Metropolitan Police; Royal Mail; Public and Independent School Principals and leaders; City of London Finance executives; Board members across industry; construction staff, automotive technicians, skilled workers and many others. I understand the nature of corporate environments and how this contributes to workplace dynamics, disputes and the effects of work overload, stress and burnout.
