Reaching out for support takes courage, especially when life feels difficult, stressful, upsetting or overwhelming.
If you’re looking for a warm welcome, patience, understanding, insight, experience, and real results, you’ve come to the right place. If you need to talk to someone who will listen, take you seriously, not judge, and help you see light at the end of the tunnel, that’s exactly what you’ll find here.
Let's work together to explore the past, know the present and grow your future.
I am an experienced therapist helping people heal from traumas, manage stress and develop coping skills. I offer support and tools to guide and motivate people towards better health, happier relationships
and more fulfilling lives.
For nearly 15 years, I have been dedicated to helping hundreds of people from all walks of life address a wide range of life's challenges and struggles, and reach a better place. For the past five years, I’ve also supervised other therapists across the UK, giving me wide experience of the issues people are seeking help with today.
Together, we will open the door to positive change, greater well-being, and the life you truly deserve. We’ll explore your feelings, discover your goals, and create opportunities for building resilience and personal growth. Drawing on a wide range of therapeutic tools, I will tailor our work to suit your individual needs.

Maybe these goals resonate with what you are looking for. Would you like to....
We will work at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you. When appropriate, I offer gentle challenges, thoughtful prompts, and reflective observations to help you make meaningful connections, gain insight, and experience those ‘lightbulb’ moments. This process can deepen your self-awareness and positively influence many areas of your life.
Opening up for the first time can feel daunting, but many people find relief by sharing what’s been weighing on them. Carrying unresolved issues can be even more distressing and may hold you back from living life to the fullest. Perhaps it's time for that to change?
Are you curious about Autism and ADHD? We can explore the signs and symptoms, discuss support options, and develop strategies to help you manage a diagnosis or a potential diagnosis, effectively.

Opening up for the first time
Our first session is an important opportunity to establish a foundation for our work together. We will start with some introductions, I encourage you to share your name and any preferred pronouns.
Understanding Your Needs
We can talk about what brought you to counselling and what you hope to achieve. This is your opportunity to express your concerns and mention any specific issues you're facing. I may ask questions to gain a clearer understanding of your situation, including your background, current stressors, and any previous experiences of counselling.
Assessment
This is an ongoing process. I will follow what you are saying, ask questions to clarify, and create a space for open and honest conversations. I do not use reports, paperwork, score measures or other forms of assessing you. We gauge where you are at through the working relationship and the dialogue between us.
Goals
Together, we will begin to identify your goals for counselling. This may involve discussing what the outcome of our sessions looks like for you and how we can work towards those.
Questions
You are welcome to ask any questions or voice any concerns you might have at any point during our work together so they can be addressed and worked through in a healthy and supportive way.
Reflection
After each session, take some time to reflect. It is normal to feel a range of emotions, and it’s perfectly okay to either let it all out or take your time to open up. I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. We can continue to meet regularly for as long as you need.
Self-referrals: £80 per 50-minute session
Insurance: I am a Recognised Healthcare Professional with AXA, Allianz, Aviva and BUPA, just let me know your provider name when you get in touch. Please note that my spaces for BUPA referrals are currently fully booked. You can still contact me to self-refer and I have spaces for AXA, Allianz and Aviva policies. Thank-you.
Let's talk and we can begin.
Trust is about feeling supported and in good hands. When you feel safe you can talk with honesty about what you are going through which will build self awareness and confidence. If you’re looking for a warm welcome, patience, understanding, insight, experience, and real results, you’ve come to the right place. If you need to talk to someone who will listen, take you seriously, withhold judgment, and help you see light at the end of the tunnel, that’s exactly what you’ll find here, with me.
You may feel that opening up makes you vulnerable and that this could be risky. So, maybe you have become used to not really letting people in, or you edit the truth, or you soften it to suit what other people want to hear. This keeps a part of you hidden, never fully acknowledged, maybe wrapped in guilt or shame or the fear of being judged. This can lead to feeling your relationships aren’t as real as you would like them to be and that you are alone with no-one who really knows the whole you. This can lead to all sorts of problems in life, relationships, work, family and even health, or a general sense that life isn’t as fun or fulfilling as it could be.
People often experience a counselling relationship as the first one where they have felt safe enough and not judged to be fully themselves - strengths, challenges and everything in-between. This relationship can be healing and transformative, with a positive impact on the connections in your life outside therapy.
Let's talk and we can begin.
From our first session, you may feel relief because you have connected with someone who hears, sees, and understands you. You may immediately begin to feel more hopeful and less alone. You may feel relief at having got something off your chest or reassured that you have found a therapist you feel comfortable with and that the process has started. You may feel excited or hopeful because this is the first step to reach your goal, or nervous because you’re not sure how the process will go. You may feel unburdened of heavy or difficult emotions, or fearful of letting them out because they may hurt. You may feel worried about crying in front of someone, or longing to feel that it’s ok to cry and not be judged. All these feelings are natural and will be supported.
